Section 6 in The Goa, Daman and Diu (Excise Duty) Rules, 1964

6. Procedure on arrival of consignment in the State.

(1)On arrival in the State, the consignment of liquor shall be taken direct to the bonded warehouse, mentioned in the permit, under escort of an Excise Guard from the Excise Check-post of entrance, where it shall be tested and measured by the officer-in-charge of the bonded warehouse and shall be taken into store and entered in the register.
(2)As soon as may be, after such arrival, the officer-in-charge of the warehouse shall also certify on the importer's copy of the pass issued by the exporting State or Union Territory, full details regarding the liquor received in such form, if any, as may be required in the pass or permit and shall return it to the office issuing it, after verification by the Assistant Excise Commissioner or Excise Officer.
