Section 50B(2) in The Orissa Grama Panchayats Election Rules, 1965
(2)The control unit so sealed shall be kept in a box specially prepared for the purpose on which the Presiding Officer shall record the following particulars namely :(a)the name of the ward;(b)the office of which poll was conducted;(c)particular of polling station where the control unit was put to use;(d)serial No. of the control unit; and(e)date of poll and counting.
