Section 2(1)(mm) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Cross Border Trade of Electricity) Regulations, 2019

(mm)'Point of Connection charges' or 'PoC charges' means the nodal or zonal charges determined using Point of Connection charging method as specified under Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of inter-State Transmission Charges) Regulations, 2010, as amended from time to time;
