Section 67(2) in Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964
(2)Where in any case not provided for in sub-section (1) any premises are, in the opinion of the Board without sufficient means of effectual drainage, it may, by written notice, require the owner of the premises,-(a)to construct a drain up to a point to be prescribed in such notice but not at a distance of more than thirty-five metres from any part of the premises; or(b)to construct a closed cesspool or soakage pit and drain or drains emptying into such cesspool or soakage pit.
