ORDER
1. The complainant filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Anglo-French Textiles, Puducherry Textile Corporation Limited, Puducherry, seeking information on three points, including, inter alia, (i) the month wise details of both the gross and the net wages paid to him from January 2012 till the date of his superannuation i.e. 20.06.2012, and (ii) the details relating to the calculation of his gratuity amount and the last drawn wages taken into account for the purpose of calculation.
2. The complainant filed a complaint before the Commission on the grounds that no reply, in response to his RTI application, was provided by the CPIO. The complainant requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide the information sought for by him and to take suitable action against the PIO for his defiance.
Hearing:
3. The complainant, T. John attended the hearing through video conferencing. The respondent was not present despite notice.

4. The complainant informed the Commission that he has since received the information sought by him. He, therefore, does not want to pursue the matter further.
Decision:
5. The complaint is dismissed as 'Withdrawn'.
