Section 22(1)(xi) in The Orissa Communal Offenders (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1995

(xi)omits or refuses to help any officer of the jail in case of an attempted escape on the part of any of his fellow detenus or of any attack upon such officer or upon any of his fellow detenus; or
