Section 9(3) in The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Act, 1967
(3)No broker shall be entitled to claim from the seller or the purchaser or both a commission in respect of the sale or purchase of cattle at a cattle fair at a rate exceeding in the aggregate one percentum of the price of the cattle sold.
