Section 6(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Service Co-Operative Societies (Appointment of Special Officers) Act, 1986
(1)The Government may, by notification, authorise the Registrar to exercise any of the powers vested in them under section 4 in respect of all or any of the agricultural service co-operative societies.
