Section 32(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development Act, 2012
(1)The first Statutes of the Institute shall be framed by the Central Government with the approval of the Visitor, and a copy of the same shall be laid as soon as may be, after it is made, before each House of Parliament.
