11. Provisions of Certified Institutions
(1)The Government shall establish and maintain one or more work houses and one or more special homes at such place or places as they think fit, or may certify any institution not established and maintained by the Government, to be a work house or special home for the purposes of this Act.(2)Separate accommodation for males and females shall be provided in each such certified institutions.
