Government having ordered that on the discovery of any irregularity in respect of punching or otherwise defacing Court-fees stamps, the inspecting Registration Officer shall at once bring the matter to the notice of the Presiding Officer of the Court, such latter Officer should inquire into the matter at once, and thus trace person who is responsible for the omission pointed out by the inspecting officer.
