Section 5(i) in Rules Under Tamil Nadu Inam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(i)If his pay fixed under rule 2 is less than the minimum of the time-scale for the post in Government service, his pay shall be fixed at such minimum.
