Section 2(e) in The Maharashtra State-AID to Industries Act, 1960
(e)[ "small scale industry" means any industry which has a capital investment in plant and machinery of not more than rupees seven hundred and fifty thousand, irrespective of the number of persons employed therein. [Clause (e) was substituted by Maharashtra 26 of 1998, Section 2.]
