Section 11(2) in Assam Forest Protection Force Act, 1986
(2)If any person is found trespassing or squatting in any reserved forest, plantations and premises owned by the Forest Department, National Parks and Wild Life Sanctuaries, he may, without prejudice to any other proceedings which may be taken against him, be removed from such areas by any supervisory officer or member of the Force.
