Section 40 in Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
40. Suggestion box.
- A suggestion box shall be installed in a place that is easily accessible for children to make a suggestion to help the child care institution to improve upon its own functioning. Such a suggestion box shall be unlocked prior to the commencement of the management committee meeting by the chairperson of the said management committee who shall have custody of the keys and the suggestions found available shall be discussed at the committee meeting.
