Section 3(d) in Bihar Centenary Journalism Award Rules, 2012
(d)Bharati Award- Recognizing their important achievements, this Award will be conferred to one of those electronic or print media, women journalists whose news/articles/analysis are related to the social, economic, educational development of the state and upliftment of women, minorities and deprived classes of Bihar. A sum of one lakh alongwith Angwastram and a citation will be granted under this Award.
