Section 65 in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
65. Insulation resistance.-
The insulation resistance of a system of distribution shall be such that the greatest leakage from any conductor to earth, when all branches are switched on, shall not exceed 1/5000th part of the total current required, the test being made at approximately double the usual working pressure, provided that this rule shall not be held to justify a lower-insulation resistance than 10,000 ohms.
