Section 82(1) in The Orissa Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
(1)The Board, Committee, Labour Commissioner, Orissa or any other authority under the Act shall have power to call for any information or statistics in relation to contract labour from any contractor or principal employer at any time by an order in writing.
