Section 1 in West Bengal Municipal (Employees' Service) Rules, 2010
1. Short tine and commencement.
(1) These rules may be called the West Bengal Municipal (Employees' Service) Rules, 2010.(2)These rules shall come into force on the [date] [Date of commencement : 9.3.2010.] of their publication in the Official Gazette.
