Section 35(3) in The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 1972
(3)The special school committee shall consist of the following members, namely:(i)Two representatives of the management of the school to be nominated by the management.(ii)Two representatives of the Board to be nominated by the Board.
