49. Power to remove difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provision of this Act, the Government may, be notification, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty:Provided that no such notification shall be issued under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.(2)Every notification issued under this section shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature and the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 47 shall apply in respect of such notification as it applies in respect of a rule made under this Act.
