1. It is informed that a private respondent in one of these matters has expired. Accordingly, learned Counsel for the M/s Mahabir Steel Rolling Mills submits that he would have to move an application for impleadment of the legal representatives.
2. As there are number of matters listed together, that cannot be a ground to repeatedly adjourn the cases. As such, it is made clear that, on the next date of hearing, these cases would be taken up and heard.
3. List all these matters for disposal on 18th April 2023. On the next date of hearing, the Court would examine whether any substantial question of law arises and thereafter, also proceed to dispose of the appeals themselves based on the said decision.
4. Both sides are directed to place on record short notes of their respective submissions not exceeding five pages each accompanied by duly indexed compilations of any judicial authorities on which they may seek to place reliance with the relevant paragraph nos. indicated in the index accompanying the compilations after exchanging copies with each other, at least 48 hours in advance of the next date of hearing.
