Section 19(2) in The Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974
(2)On the payment of such sum of money to such officer, the suspected persons shall be discharged, the property, other than tendu leaves, if any, seized shall be released, and no further proceedings shall be taken against such person or property.
