Section 9(c) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(c)(i)The share capital of the Federation shall consist of indeterminate number of shares, the value of each share being Rs.1,000 only,(ii)The amount of share money shall be payable all in lump sum on allotment.
