Section 39 in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
39. Power of State Government to add to the Schedule.
- The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to the Schedule any other disease affecting animals and, on the issue of such notification, the Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
