Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Brick Kilns (Regulation) Act, 2010
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Brick Kilns (Regulation) Act, 2010.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)It shall come into force on the date[of its publication in the Government Gazette] [With effect from 25.10.2010.].
