Section 17(2)(a) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956

(a)becomes disqualified :-

(i)under sub-section (1) of Section 13 and his name is struck off the electoral roll under sub-section (1-A) of that section: or

(ii)under sub-section (1) of this section; or
