Section 23(xliii) in Kerala University of Health Sciences Act, 2010
(xliii)to delegate, any of its powers, except the power to make Statutes and Ordinances, to the Vice-chancellor or such officer or authority of the University or a committee appointed by it, as it thinks fit.
