Section 1(1)(h) in Punjab Privately Managed Recognized Affiliated Aided Colleges (Pension and Contributory Provident Fund) Rules, 2002

(h)'Management' means the Managing Committee of an Affiliate/Aided College and includes a person or body of persons for the time being entrusted with the Management of the affairs of an Affiliated Aided Colleges.
