Section 28(1) in The Andhra Pradesh State Agricultural Council Act, 2020
(1)For retention of a name in the register a renewal fee as may be prescribed shall be paid every ten years to the Council, and such renewal fee shall be paid before the first day of April of the year to which it relates.
