12. Powers conferred on the State Government to be exercisable from time to time
- Where by any Punjab Act [-] [The words 'or East Punjab Act' were omitted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1951.] any power is conferred. [-] [The words 'or the Provincial Government' omitted by East Punjab Act 40 of 1948, section 3.] then that power may be exercised from time to time as occasion requires.
