Section 20 in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015
20. Grant of prospecting licence.
- Prospecting Licence in respect of minerals specified in Schedule-I and Part-A of Schedule-II, shall be granted by the authority mentioned in column (2) for the minerals specified in column (3), subject to the extent as specified in the corresponding entry in column (4) thereof, of the table below,-Table| S.
