Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in
the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be
pleased to stay all further proceedings including I.A.No.1052/2016 in DVC NO.39/2016
on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, (Prohibition and Excise)
Kurnool, pending disposal of CRLP No.712 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated
13-02-2019, 18-06-2019 and 28-06-2019 made herein and upon hearing the arguments
of SRI A SREEDHAR, Advocate for the Petitioner, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the
Respondent No.1, and M/S SASIKALA NETTAM for Respondent No.2 the Court made
