Section 186(a) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(a)where stacking, unstacking, stowing or unstowing of construction material or article, or handling in connection therewith cannot be safety carried out unaided, reasonable measures to guard against accident or dangerous occurrences are taken by shoring or otherwise to prevent any danger likely to be caused by such handling ;
