Facts:-
Vide RTI application of 05/09/2008 the applicant sought information from the CPIO regarding delay in sanctioning increment to him under the ACP scheme.
2. The CPIO vide his order of 04/02/2009 provided information against which the applicant preferred appeal dated 17/03/2009 before the First Appellate Authority. The matter was disposed of by FAA dated 09/04/2009.
3. Not being satisfied with the information provided to him, the applicant preferred appeal before the Commission which was heard today. Appellant was heard through video conferencing. Respondent was present as above.
4. Respondent stated that full and complete information has already been provided to the applicant. Appellant stated that he wished to have copy of the correspondence with Regional Office Muzaffarpur on the subject matter of his RTI application.
Decision
5. The Commission directs the respondents to provide a copy of the correspondence and notings within 02 weeks of receipt of the order.
