Section 21(a) in Andhra Pradesh Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2012
(a)All the Nursery owners who obtain the licence should undertake to multiply only such varieties of the Horticulture plants specified in the license in respect of scion or root stock, for propagation and sale as may be directed by the competent authority.
