Section 3(1) in The M.P. Employees' Insurance Courts Rules, 1963
(1)A Court shall ordinarily consist of one Judge :Provided that the Government may, after consultation with the Corporation, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint two or more Judges to a Court for any particular proceeding or class of proceedings and for such period as may be specified in the notification.
