(2)[The Chairman, the Director General,] [Substituted 'The Director General' by Gujarat Act No. 14 of 2013, dated 10.4.2013.] the Deputy Director General, the Board, the Academic Council, the Directors, Director of Research and Development, the Deans, the Registrar and all other persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, hereby constitute a body corporate by the name of the "Raksha Shakti University".
