Section 112(4) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(4)No expenditure shall be incurred by any Market Committee on any item if there is no approved budget provision, unless it can be met by re-appropriation from savings under other heads or supplementary budget is prepared and approved by the Board or by any Officer authorised by it.
