Section 29(1) in THE UTTAR PRADESH VINDHYA DHAM TEERTH VIKAS PARISHAD ACT, 2021
(1)If, in the opinion of the State Government, any land is required for the purpose of the development or for any other purpose under this Act, the StateGovernment may acquire such land under the provisions of the Rights to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation andResettlement Act, 2013 [Act no. 30 of 2013].
