(1)All teaching recognized by the University shall be conducted in the University departments or in colleges, institutes and institutions.(2)The authorities responsible for organizing such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed.(3)The courses of study and curricula shall be such as may be prescribed by Ordinances and, subject thereto, by the Regulations.
