Section 7(1) in Karnataka Departmental Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witnesses, Production of Documents and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
