Section 12(3)(b) in Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1959

(b)A member referred to in clause (v) of sub-section (1) of section 11, shall be deemed to have vacated his seat if he ceases to be a member of the State Legislature, or of the Parliament as the case may be.
