Section 38(1) in The Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960
(1)Any law corresponding to this Act in force in the transferred territory, immediately before the date of the commencement of this Act (hereinafter in this section referred to as the corresponding law), shall stand repealed on the date of such commencement.
