42. Savings.
(1)Nothing contained in this Act shall affect the rights or properties vested in a Gram Panchayat, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad, Municipality or Municipal Corporation under any law for the time being in force.(2)Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to the minor water bodies in the Scheduled Areas in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
