Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999
1. Short title, commencement and interpretation.
(1)These Regulations maybe called the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They extend to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(4)The Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act shall apply to the interpretation of these Regulations.
