254. Appointment to other Navies.
- All sailors are liable for service with any other navy as may be directed by the Chief of the Naval Staff. In selecting sailors for such service preference shall be given to volunteers, but if the requisite number of suitable volunteers is not forthcoming, sailors may be [transferred] [Substitued by S.R.O. 361, dated 19th November, 1975] as for any other appointment.
