410. Withdrawal of sections expressly extended by State Government.
- Where specific provision is made in any section of this Act for its being extended by the State Government to any [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.], the State Government may at any time by order withdraw any section they may thus have extended from operation in such [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] and such section shall cease to have effect in the said [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] from the date of such order.Chapter-XXX Miscellaneous
