Section 16(1) in The Gujarat Prohibition of Transfer of Immovable Property and Provision for Protection of Tenants from Eviction from Premises in Disturbed Areas Act, 1991
(1)after clause (ai), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-"(aai) the rules subject to which compensation may be determined by the Collector under sub-section (1) of section 17D;"
