Section 10(1) in The Punjab Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays and Casual and Sick Leave) Act, 1965
(1)Where a Magistrate, while convicting an employer under section 9, is satisfied that the worker has not been paid his due wages under this Act, the amount of which shall be determined by the Magistrate, he shall direct the employer to pay such wages to the worker.
